1: Goods have been damaged in the process of shipping. If this has happened, immediately contact us with picture proof of your damaged order as well as your order number within 2 days of the initial delivery. We will then replace your order immediately free of charge including shipping cost. Failure to do so we will be unable to further assist you and the sale will be considered finalized.
2: Your order is lost during shipping or has incorrect items. If this happens, immediately provide your order number with picture proof of the incorrect items 2 days of initial delivery. We will then replace your order immediately free of charge including shipping cost. If your items happen to get lost during shipping, please provide your order number immediately so we can resolve this issue in a timely manner. Items lost during shipping will then be replaced free of charge including shipping cost. Failure to do so we will be unable to further assist you and the sale will be considered finalized.
You may keep any damaged goods or incorrect items as we do not need them back. Please allow 1-2 business days for a representative to reach out to you resolving your issue. Allow 3-5 Business days from the date our representative resolved your issue to receive your replacement order. We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for shopping with us.
